In 2019 two brothers & lifelong entrepreneurs, JJ & Brett Hadley, founded Bad Ass Brothers (BAB) Investments & put their real estate investing journey in full gear. Brett has a process-oriented mindset and brings his expertise & certifications in lean six sigma (Green Belt) and project management (PMP) to the BAB investor relations team. He is a high-performing and resourceful leader who loves coaching and finding solutions to complex problems. He is highly skilled in Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) and passionate about optimizing “life” through biohacking, building relationships, and creating efficiencies. His goal is to maximize the quality & quantity of every squeeze.

JJ brings incredible expertise to the BAB Asset Management Team. He’s been in the trenches and has hands-on experience leading operations teams at large/multi-million-dollar industrial complexes for over a decade. This included keeping facility operations running in the most effective & efficient manner possible. Optimizing processes, reducing waste, and increasing the value come naturally to JJ. They soon turned their concept into reality with their combined expertise, & their ability to problem-solve and create value in all areas of their life. In less than a year, they invested 131 units in three syndications in Florida and Oklahoma and 11 rental multi-family properties in Wyoming. They currently manage a portfolio of 600units / $30 MILLION AUM.
